Im Rahmen der EU Directive 2019/2021 stellen wir fachlich kompetenten Reparateuren nach einer Registrierung folgende Reparatur- und Wartungsinformationen zur Verfügung:

• die eindeutige Gerätekennung
• einen Zerlegungsplan oder eine Explosionsansicht
• eine Liste des erforderlichen Reparatur- und Testgeräts
• Informationen über Bauteile und Diagnose
• Verdrahtungs- und Anschlusspläne
• Diagnose- und Fehlercodes

Diese Informationen können Sie unter Angabe der Modellnummer per Mail an service@caratec.de oder telefonisch unter +49634138095-77 anfragen. Die Informationen erhalten Sie innerhalb des gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Zeitraums von einem Werktag.

As part of EU Directive 2019/2021, we provide the following repair and maintenance information to professionally competent repairers after registration:

• the unique equipment identifier
• a dismantling plan or exploded view
• a list of the required repair and test equipment
• information on components and diagnostics
• wiring and connection diagrams
• diagnostic and fault codes

You can request this information by sending an e-mail to service@caratec.de or by calling +49634138095-77, quoting the model number. You will receive the information within the legally prescribed period of one working day.
